As Operational Director, Ils Dunn – De Wit oversees the day‑to‑day running of the business, ensuring that instructing solicitors receive a timely, efficient service aligned with court deadlines and professional standards. Her role focuses on maintaining operational excellence while delivering consistently high‑quality support to clients. Ils plays a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

She leads on both strategic and operational decision‑making, ensuring the company meets all statutory obligations and remains compliant with relevant legislation, including GDPR.

With more than 20 years of experience in the psychiatric medico‑legal field—and a professional background in project management—Ils brings deep sector expertise and a strong operational skillset to the organisation.

Amy Walters

Amy leads our admin team and is responsible for managing day to day communication and administrative support for our medicolegal experts. She oversees the full journey from initial instruction through to confirmed appointments, organises conferences, and ensures all records and documentation are efficiently maintained.

With a strong eye for detail, Amy is skilled at anticipating the information and paperwork needed by consultants and instructing solicitors, helping to streamline processes and keep cases moving smoothly.

Before joining the medicolegal field, Amy spent 13 years in the financial sector across both branch and head office roles. This background has given her extensive experience in handling sensitive information and working closely with clients. She has now been part of the medicolegal sector for over five years.

Zahra Derakhshan

Zahra Derakhshan, a graduate of Herriot Watt University in International Business & Marketing is part of our finance support as a Finance and Business analyst role. She brings with her experience in Marketing and in Corporate Accounts.
