An experienced Consultant Psychiatrist and expert witness, Dr Jarman has provided medicolegal reports since 2006. She previously worked within the NHS and served as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the Hull & York Medical Schools.

Dr Jarman has previously been instructed in high-profile cases, including the Grenfell Tower Fire, the Manchester Arena Bombing, and the Hillsborough Disaster. She has also provided expert reports for the Lambeth Redress Scheme and worked with the Home Office on resettlement schemes.

Her medicolegal expertise extends to family and care proceedings, safeguarding and capacity assessments, and tribunal appearances concerning disability living allowance and employment disputes.
